Royce served as Partner/Consultant with many of the most renown executive search firms in the world (CTPartners/DHR/Heidrick & Struggles) where he worked closely with executives in both cutting edge organizations to the largest Fortune 500 companies in the world.  In addition to his work in executive recruiting, he was a senior leader at many of the most respected companies (Head of Operations for Samsung/Cheil Americas, Senior Roles at The Boston Consulting Group and A.T. Kearney, Regional Head of Executive Recruiting Goodyear).

Royce has lived and worked internationally. He completed his first degree in Economics at UCLA and his Masters in International Business Administration at Yonsei University.
