General Fees
LWP believes payment should balance with results. So we built our fees to represent our commitment to the client and candidate by having the longest guarantee of candidate retention within the industry at 24 months. A new candidate needs at least 18 to 24 months to show their value so we built our fee structure around the term.
The fee structure is aligned with the guarantee where the fee payments are into three periods:

75% of the fee at the successful conclusion of the search
02
15% of the fee at the successful end of one full year of employment
03
10% of the fee at the successful end of second full year of employment.
