Onboarding & Integration Advisory Service (EOIS)

Recruiting a strong candidate is one key aspect, but ignoring on how to onboard and integrate the new leader is complete separate activity.  There is a good share of excitement and expectations when a new leaders comes in.  There are unfortunately very little support or guidance to create a roadmap for success to onboard/integrate the new leader. The result is a momentum of strong leaders losing interest and motivation to stay with the new organization.

LWP will work with the leaders and the board to craft a solid onboarding plan to quickly acclimate the new leader to their role and then build a long term integration plan to develop understanding and momentum to lead the organization.  The road map will include various stages of training, mentoring, and skills to maximize on the opportunity to succeed.
