Craft position description based on short term and long term objectives with consideration of talent market dynamics

Identify the entire team members (client and recruiter) and what expertise they bring to the hiring process, which will lead to their role in the hiring process. (Each member of the hiring team needs to have the ability to care their action effectively for the methodology to work)

Determine the process and timeline based on the situation of the client and of the talent market. State clearing the interview rounds and the stakeholders that will be responsible for the respective rounds. (There will be clear alignment from one action to the other)

Develop value proposition for great to good candidates, as well as for alternative high potential candidates.

Initiate recruiting strategy based on short and long term objectives, value proposition, internal network and state of talent dynamics. Generate potential sourcing organizations by tier 1-3.

Finalize detailed position description

Finalize commitment and clarity of role with key members involved in recruitment

Finalize overarching recruiting search strategy with timeline and milestones.

Comprehensive review/presentation of the dynamics of talent market based on the 1-3 tiered targets/industry research
